By placing an order with www.juverna.com.au (Juverna International Pty Ltd) you acknowledge and advise that you are 18 years of age or older for Knife Purchases.
We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our website. All pricing advertised on our website and all transactions conducted are in Australian Dollars. Items exported or items sent from an overseas location may be subject to Import Duties, Customs Fees or any other associated charges in the country of final destination are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your Account and Registration
When you register, you are responsible for your password and account access and you are responsible for all actions that occur under your account and password. Any impersonations (i.e. false e-mail addresses or authority) will constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, www.juverna.com.au (Juverna International Pty Ltd) liability is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant goods

Transfer of Risk and Title
Once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase (responsibility) transfers to the shipping company.
Security and Collection of Credit Card Information
We do not handle credit card information directly, nor do we store or capture such details. Credit Card payments are handled by PayPal. You will be re-directed to the payment gateway when you make a purchase from this site.
Placing orders through the Website
By purchasing any goods through the Website, you make an offer to us to purchase the goods you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Website constitutes an invitation to buy. No information constitutes an offer by us to sell any goods. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming payment has been received. If we are unable to process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Return Policy –
If you are not happy with the item(s) you purchased from us, we will refund the cost you paid for the item(s), but will not refund the Shipping, Insurance, Tariffs, Duties & any other costs incurred. In order to obtain a refund, the item(s) has / have to be sent back to us within (14) days in their original condition with packaging intact (No use / damage / scratch / wear and tear). Buyer pays for return shipping cost to the warehouse where the Product(s) was / were sent from.
Free Shipping item(s), we will refund the difference between the price and the actual Shipping Cost. If the item(s) is / are lost or damaged in transit, we will refund the item(s) cost based on the Registerer’s coverage policy.
Any visible marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item is returned to you and no credit or exchange will be given. We cannot accept returns after 14 days.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return.
If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or repair the goods, you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. We will not provide a refund if the customer changes their mind, the goods have been damaged after purchase, or the customer finds the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We carefully inspect all items before they are packed and only those items which have no faults are despatched.
Once payment is cleared, items are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
All deliveries are made to buyer’s address provided when purchasing. Please ensure your information is correct and provide a contact telephone number as we do not refund for shipments made on any incorrect information.
All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post / Contractors and / or Courier Companies for larger items, if applicable.
Whilst we take the utmost care in packing all orders, sometimes accidents, delays or errors do occur.
Deliveries may need to be signed for and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by www.yourknifeshop.com.au (Juverna International Pty Ltd) to be authorised to receive the parcel.
www.juverna.com.au (Juverna International Pty Ltd) and its carriers are unable to provide an exact delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. (Normally 8:30-5 pm Monday to Friday)
In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery; our carrier/s will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect from your local Post Office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. In the case of undelivered items, Buyers may also be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as result of an unsuccessful delivery.
If tracking information is sent to you by email to track your parcel when it leaves www.juverna.com.au (Juverna International Pty Ltd) please always check your Junk/Spam folders of your email for this notification if it is not delivered to your Inbox.
Please inspect your parcel and its contents carefully on delivery, if you find any item Missing or Damaged please contact us within 48 hours.
